BOOKING

Once booked, you are responsible for rescheduling or canceling your appointment if needed.

Your instant confirmation email will include a link to cancel/reschedule. This link is valid up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. After this time has passed, rescheduling is no longer accepted.

Canceling with less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge equal to 50% of the booked service amount that must be paid before another appointment can be booked.

Please provide us with as much details of your location as possible. If your location is not listed on Google Maps, you will need to send us a drop pin location on WhatsApp. If you’re staying in a hotel, it is your responsibility to inform us of your room number.

Group bookings deposit (2 or more) - we require a Rp.200,000 non-refundable deposit per person. This will be deducted from your final bill. Should you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, this will not be refunded under any circumstances. Should you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, you will receive a credit on your account that must be used within 30 days.

Both our Artists and clients safety and well being is a top priority. We reserve the right to cancel and/or block clients who show aggression or hostility to our team. In turn, we promise you that our team will conduct their services in a professional and respectful manner.


APPOINTMENT

Your Lash Artist/Hair Stylist will aim to arrive as close to your appointment time as possible, though due to traffic congestion and weather conditions in wet season, they may arrived 10-15 minutes before or after your appointment time.

The lash service should take place on your bed or a comfortable sofa with adequate lighting, and a stool or chair available for the Artist to sit on. The services requires a high-level of focus for the Artist and is a perfect time for you to unwind, so a quiet area without a gaggle of gals is best.

You should have makeup free eyes and lashes. Your Lash Artist will give you a cleanser to re-wash your lashes to ensure there is no sebum or product on the lash line.


REFILLS

You should aim to refill your lashes 2-3 weeks after your full set to remove and grown-out lashes and fill in any gaps you’ve got. If you’ve lost more than 50% of your lashes since your last appointment, full set price will apply.

If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another Lash Artist, we will need to remove them and do a full set using our tools, lashes and adhesives. No exceptions.


HEALTH & SAFETY

Although uncommon, a reaction to the base in eyelash adhesive, cyanoacrylate, can occur. This is no fault of the Lash Artist, client, or the professional products used.

This condition cannot be avoided by changing brands of adhesive, as cyanoacrylate is the base ingredient of all professional lash adhesives.

If you’ve experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to the products, please contact us before the appointment to discuss.

If you have sensitive eyes but no allergies to lash products in the past, we can use our sensitive adhesive.


REFUNDS & REDOs

You are paying for the Artist’s time, product and other expenses used to provide you with a professional service, without leaving your home. No refunds will be given for any reason on services. If you are unhappy with a service, you may contact us within 72 hours to discuss your concerns if there is a fault with the application or product used.

Change-of-mind or style will not be considered for a redo.


PHOTOS

We take photos of all our work and it may be used for online and/or print marketing. If you don’t wish to have your photo used for either, please let the team member know. We hope you would, as we love to showcase our work!
